If it freezes again, check the event viewer to see what is still erroring. I have a backlit keyboard and mouse that will sometimes act as if the power has been cut when the pc does freeze and the lights turn off. Thank god I didnt sell my old mobo because when I rehooked that up and installed windows 32bit and everything again, everything has been working perfectly with no freezing. Since you've tested all other possible scenarios from RAM to hard drives, to GPU then the only other thing is the PSU. Possibly, but as I said. It's going to be caused by the driver, or the hardware. Remember to run MEMTEST, update BIOS etc.
