Most likely one of your 12v rails is out of spec and when it drops below the minimum voltage your rig reboots. Computer Keeps Rebooting On Startup Then I'm stuck either buying a PSU "just in case" or RMAing a MSI PC Mate z97 board without being 100% sure it's to blame. hmmm..
