Bsod Ram Voltage
We went a full day this time without the Memory management error and just got it again today. I went back and forth with Ibuypower tech support, they had me try 50 different things ranging from testing the RAM/Changing the RAM voltage/Flashing the BIOS/Checking for fault Video Card Drivers, The machine was assembled almost 3 years ago, with the board being brand new and left in a box for years. I actually run 16GB of Vengeance RAM in my desktop, and at 1600mhz with an overclock on the CPU I was getting frequent memory management BSOD. Check This Out
I doubt my 2x2GB RAM are faulty, so what could be the explanation for all this? So device drivers were OK but memory DIMM were to blame after all. damn GPU is integrated and no way to pinpoint the chip to check thermal paste.. Note: I have recently installed corsair gs 500 psu in my system. As for the graphics card, test it in another computer and see if the problem persists. If the board is running the normal g-skill at 1.25 then the voltage needs upping, if it's the low voltage one then xmp needs turning off and see what happens.
